The Kyrgyz National Academic Drama Theatre in Frunze, now Bishkek, in Kyrgyzstan. It was built in 1970, during the Soviet era, and it has 800 seats. Biškek, “Kirghizistan Hotel” in 1975

The building you see on the background is the former hotel “Kirghizistan” (“Кыргызстан” мейманканасы, as the sign says), built in 1971 by architect E. G. Pisarskii.
