Images of 1972 postage stamps depicting Chollima Street, that is one of the main roads of Pyongyang, the capital of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea. The street dates to 70’s and it was built so quickly that it has been named after the Chollima,[1] that is the winged horse of Chinese mythology and one of the symbols of the country. 1 chŏn equals 1/100 North Korean won, the official currency of DPRK.
